The sun was rising over the beautiful city of Venice, Italy as our client’s Sunseeker Manhattan 65 was prepared for her 1,300 nautical mile journey to the stunning Mediterranean coastal town of Alcudia, Mallorca.
For our client, Mr D, having just completed on the purchase, this journey marked the start of a new chapter in his boating adventures. Our team had worked hard to ensure that Mr D’s new yacht was prepared for the voyage following a smooth sale.
The Manhattan 65 set sail early morning, travelling down the picturesque Italian coast. The Adriatic Sea was calm and peaceful, with only the sound of the waves against the hull to keep the crew company.
However, as the crew travelled along to the South of Italy, preparing to cross the Mediterranean Sea, a weather front came in meaning that the journey had to be delayed and our Captain made the decision to stop off at Palermo to wait out the storm, before continuing on the voyage via Mahon, Menorca.
Despite the slight delay, we are thrilled to say that the journey was a success and the Sunseeker Manhattan 65 has now arrived safely to her new home berth in Alcudia and handed over to her ecstatic new owner, Mr D. We wish her new owner many enjoyable times onboard, under the Majorcan sun.
